Such a good point, Steve. Too many people think that the goal is to actually be on Facebook, have a blog, etc. They don’t think about the end and then utilize the tools to achieve that goal.

Remarkable story. What Gary V is to wine and social media this guy is to pizza and social media. What I really love is how way far ahead of the curve he’s been. And that he gets that the ultimate and only real goal is exceptionally unheard of customer service!
